SUITE 200 – PROFESSIONAL SUITES/COMMON AREAS

The 20 professional suites at Waterford Executive Centre are designed to open into work centers that promote interaction and collegiality among tenants.  The placement of workstations outside of the executive offices also promotes better eye contact between employers and their staff.
Each office features Class A wood trim and chair rails with available professional-grade furniture which provide not only a tremendous work environment but showcase the business professional in a setting that exemplifies success. While the open floor plan provides for interaction, the professional requirement for privacy is also addressed.
Each wall between the offices has had foam insulation installed and the area above all the drop ceilings has 6 to 12 inches of fiberglass insulation.  Consequently, the bleeding of sound from one office to the next is at a lower level than any other office product in southwest Florida.
Waterford also has a large common area ratio with four ample-sized conference rooms, including the board room, for just 20 offices. When you combine the conference rooms with the kitchen, reception room, and other common areas it adds up to 50% of Waterford Executive Centre’s total space.
