Our 20 all-perimeter office suites have a light-filled executive office for you and adjacent is a workstation for your hardworking staffer. Both have been professionally decorated with high-end window treatments, lush carpeting, mahogany furniture and leather seating. All the office suites are also soundproofed so that private conversations stay private.
A choice of conference rooms
Waterford Executive Centre also has four conference rooms for our tenants’ convenience (and also for outside rental). Our corporate boardroom boasts an 18-foot high cupola from which hangs a stunning chandelier. The room also has a flat screen TV and seating for 14 of your most important prospects or clients. Three other conference rooms are perfect for smaller groups.
All the office suites and conference rooms are served by a designer kitchen with granite countertops, raised panel cabinetry and stainless steel appliances ideal for assembling the coffee and bagels for a breakfast meeting, a working lunch or to store the wine for an evening seminar. Full catering service is also available.
